FreeFamily Reunion Juneteenth 2024!
Rihuèe Rá Abóbë family gathering at Stony Creek in Branford, CT. We will have a 2hr healing event centered around healing generational trauma on Outer Island. There will be sound healing, yoga, and meditation. Offerings will be given to the ocean as we remember our ancestors and the ocean that connects us to our home. Our family reunion festivities will begin at the beach after we return from the island! We will break for refreshments and reflection. Then we will enjoy games and music as we soak up the sun! To end the Day we will discuss Ëvóvë/Ëbóbë Mother Tongue Day festival in February 2025. As well as other upcoming events and Nonprofit planning.
